Our wedding bookings for 2012 has had a great start with 3 bookings today alone. We are hoping our new and unique wedding offerings will ensure another amazing year for us.

We have finally got Facebook page up and running and linked to our website after months of putting it off and messing around with ideas etc.The page is now live at www.thealexandracourt.com, please have a look and “like” us too if you get chance.

The page will be linked to twitter and have offers and news etc added to it as well , the page will form part of the marketing plan for 2012 along with the new mobile website that is launching in January online.

The mobile website will initially be available at www.thealexandracourt.mobi, with plans to auto redirect from www.thealexandracourt.com on any mobile device or tablet etc.

Our Facebook page is live now either from the hotel website or directly at www.facebook.com/pages/The-Alexandra-Court-Hotel/294342369207

We hope to use Facebook to launch new products and services and list events that are exclusive to the followers on Facebook

Managing the sales patter

Well this is the week we now have the beginnings of a dedicated sales team in our new team member who starts this week
Our sales projects are going to be drive in a couple of new directions next year and we are all very excited about that and look forward to seeing the new routes we will take
We have planned new website(done), new blog (ongoing of course) plus an increased social media program, all of which will hopefully concrete us a premier hotel in cheshire.
We have started our new Facebook channel which will be fully up and running very very soon, we are active on twitter (@alexandracourt) which serves us well
So, 2012 is set to be a year of new idea and roads to success that will overtake our 2011 success , which has been our best year so far!!!

We are moving into retail now!!!

We have just launched the Beta version of our hotel shop at www.thealexandracourt.com
Not really sure what to sell on there as yet so we have added some gift vouchers and gift sets for Xmas trade.
Hopefully it will be a valuable string to our bow in the future.
Anyway I’m off now to redesign our hotels in cheshire website.

Lunch time again

Well, we have reviewed and changed our lunch offering and it seems to be well received. We have a more ala carte style menu now but simplified for lunch in our hotel. Here’s hoping that lunch in Congleton gets back to its former glory and the locals start venturing out more!

We have had a great run on food this month so far and we are hoping for a bumper Christmas.

Get your hands on our little black book

Finally we have released our new voucher discount system called our Little Black Book. The new scheme gives clients a booklet with some great vouchers and money off coupons inside it to use in our hotel. The booklet is free and available from the hotels front desk by request from the end of the week!!
This makes us one if the only hotels in cheshire to have a little black book of secrets that we actually let the public see!!
It will run along side our loyalty card scheme which is getting a new overhaul and new look this month to give you another way of experiencing our award winning venue with added value.

It includes an exclusive little red book of discounts and money saving vouchers in the trafford centre in Manchester.
